Delivery Policy
Delivery availability and fees depend on the recipient’s address and selected date.
Please enter your preferred delivery time and special instructions at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, delivery routes, and order volume.
Please provide a complete and accurate address, the recipient’s phone number, and any apartment numbers, gate codes, or business hours needed for delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, restricted access, or recipient unavailability, please contact us to coordinate the next steps. A second delivery attempt may require an additional fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before it is arranged.
Please report any delivery issues or damage promptly, including your order number and photos when applicable, so we can review the situation and assist you.
Return & Refund Policy
Our floral arrangements are handcrafted with fresh, perishable flowers and prepared especially for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or personal preference.
If you receive an incorrect arrangement or notice damaged flowers upon receipt, please contact TT Florist & Events promptly with your order number and clear photos when possible. Each concern is reviewed individually based on the order details and supporting information. Refunds or replacements are determined after review and are not automatic.
Damage caused after receipt by improper handling, extreme temperatures, or lack of water is not covered. Natural variations in flower color and bloom stage are expected. Please refer to our Substitution Policy for information about substitutions.
Please contact us before returning any arrangement. If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and processing details. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
